    Hello

To ensure that the Team Member invitations work correctly, please have your team member sign up with Brizy Cloud first. He should be signed in to Brizy Cloud in one browser tab before clicking on the "Get Started" link in your invitation email in another browser tab.

I tested the Team Invitation in your "Alightslateclaw" workspace and I could join your workspace.

If the invitation link opens in Brave or another browser, please use the specific browser to join the workspace.

Awe, so they need an account? So we can't hire anyone or ask anyone to contribute unless they have an account? We don't understand this logic. Cn it be a free account or how does this work?

Why would safari not be able to find the server?

Users without a Brizy Cloud account cannot make changes to your project, the same way users without an account cannot make changes to a WordPress project. To make changes to your Brizy Cloud project, one must first sign up with Brizy Cloud. They can use the 14-day Brizy Cloud Pro Trial plan after signing up. Once they join your workspace, they will have access to the Pro features of your account.

Other Safari users can accept Team Member invitations. We are not sure why it didn't work in your case.

That you KC, the only thing is Wordpress is free, they don't need a special paid for plan to contribute/build in anyway in Wordpress.

Ok I will let them know they only have 14 days to get anything done.

I'm not sure, we use safari and it's fine so I'm not sure.

I do think every time we decide we do want to do something with our Brizy account we are reminded why we don't end out doing it. It is real finicky and we can't afford to have issues with a site. We bought in a while back but have never really done anything with it. I hate to say we had high hopes but have been let down every time we make an attempt to use it. We were even excited to switch our Ecwid store over once we found out you guys added it but decided not to take the chance so we stayed with Ecwid directly because they have always been reliable. Customer service even is quick and reliable. That's important when it's a business and customers won't wait on your technical difficulties. We can't say we have that same confidence here. Such a bummer too because we once had high hopes and thought we were going to move all of our sites here but still haven't moved one. Too risky still. It's like not being able to justify putting your children in a beautiful car that keeps leaving you stranded. Looks great! but unreliable function.

thank you again though KC. Hopefully someday it will work for us. We would hate to just abandon it.

Brizy Cloud, just like Wordpress, offers free Team Member access. Users do not require a paid plan to contribute to a Brizy Cloud project as a Team Member.

The 14-day Pro trial allows users to access Brizy Cloud dashboard before joining your workspace (right after signing up). Team Members will not need a Pro subscription after they have gained access to your workspace; they will have access to all of your account's Pro features.
