Endless saving after minimal edits
Hello, I need help with a reproducible Brizy save issue on an existing WordPress site.
Context:
-
The website is hosted on Namecheap EasyWP.
-
New lightweight pages save correctly in Brizy.
-
Existing older content-heavy pages do not finish saving, even after a minimal edit.
-
I tested this with only Brizy and Brizy Pro active, and the issue still persists.
-
Namecheap support was able to reproduce the issue on their side as well.
-
However, they could not find related errors in the server logs.
Exact behavior:
-
I open one of the problematic pages in Brizy,
-
I make a very small edit,
-
I click Update,
-
the save process keeps spinning indefinitely and never completes.
Important detail:
-
This does not happen on new lightweight pages.
-
It happens on older heavy pages with many repeated race/table/widget sections.
Examples of problematic pages:
-
PALERMO
-
SAN ISIDRO
I would like to know:
-
whether this is a known Brizy behavior on large/repeated-content pages,
-
what Brizy-side debugging steps you recommend,
-
whether there are specific Brizy save requests, limits, or conflicts that should be checked,
-
whether there is any recommended way to rebuild or optimize such pages without breaking Brizy save behavior.
Namecheap hosting support reproduced the issue, but did not find errors in the logs.
I can provide screenshots and exact page examples if needed.

Hi Marcelo,
Thank you for reaching out.
Just to double-check, could you please try temporarily disabling all third-party plugins (keeping only Brizy and Brizy Pro active) and see if the issue can still be replicated? Additionally, it would be helpful to switch to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-One) and test again, to rule out any theme-related conflicts.
If the issue persists after these steps, could you please try adjusting the following server limits:
SecRequestBodyLimit 4194304
SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimit 2097152as suggested in this guide: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/22590197512210
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
