Regarding a responsive design bug

Hello.
I'm not sure if this is a bug, but could you please help me?

I've created separate sections for PC and smartphones.
For example, using the developer tools on this site, when I set the width to 767px, the elements for PC and smartphones appear to overlap.

This is the SERVICE section.

Is there a way to resolve this?

  Thank you for reaching out.

  I’ve checked this on my end but wasn’t able to replicate the issue as described. Here’s a quick recording for your reference: https://youtu.be/GEkWLcmikqs  

  Could you please try clearing your browser cache or testing the site in a different browser and see if that makes any difference? Sometimes cached files can affect how the layout is displayed.  

  Additionally, if the issue persists, a short screencast from your side would be very helpful for us to better understand what’s happening.
