Form App Connection Stuck

Hi,

I'm working on a form for one of my wordpress website and I am trying to connect it to a webhook but when I click webhook or any app, it is stuck at loading.

I tried duplicating the form or even creating a new form but it's still the same.

  I also tried using Edge, Firefox, and incognito mode but I'm still stuck at loading and can't connect the form to any apps...
