    Hi Michael,

Could you please try temporarily disabling any caching or optimization plugins on your site, then clear your browser cache and test it again?

This will help us check if the issue is related to caching. Please let me know how it goes after trying these steps.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Ariel -

From what I can see here (using a new tab on a virgin browser), it looks like it worked. However, I do not want to leave Hummingbird Pro off.

    Ariel -

I have now had to disable Hummingbird on a second site for the Brizy Carousel element has stopped working. They are NOT changing their program - Brizy is and it is getting very frustrating. Please make it a priority to get this CSS issue worked out between your two companies.

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for reaching out.

To help us take a closer look, could you please provide temporary access to the website, along with the specific page where the carousel issue is occurring? We’ll review the Hummingbird settings to check if anything there may be affecting the carousel functionality.

You can add us as an Admin user in your WordPress dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

This appears to be related to the Static Server Cache on your WPMU DEV hosting.

Could you please try disabling it from your hosting console, then also disable Hummingbird Pro Safe Mode and check if that helps?

At the moment, there isn’t an option in Hummingbird Pro to fully disable Server Cache.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Ariel -
I am still having very significant issues with KleanFarmSolutions.com since these last updates and have left Hummingbird disabled.
    Please help!

    Ariel -
I just cleared the server cache and that didn't solve the issues either. When, from the homepage you click 'View Details' for a product, the product post-template is badly malfunctioning.

    Hello Michael,

We have uploaded two missing CSS files to KleanFarmSolutions.com. Please check product pages such as https://kleanfarmsolutions.com/klean-pet-water-conditioning-kit-for-pet-water-bowls/

That did it. But how is it that these two files keep disappearing? this is the second time that this solution has had to be employed.

    Hello Michael,

The missing CSS files were caused by a global block compilation bug, which will be resolved in a future release. Uploading the missing files is a temporary fix until then.

then wouldn't it make sense to send out a bulletin to at least your WordPress Brizy license holders to turn off the auto updates and refuse any updates until such time as you have this bug fixed? every time I see a new update from you I assume that the problem has been solved and I allow the updates to go through recreating the exact same problem over and over again on potentially 60 sites. this has been an absolute nightmare

    Hello Michael,

Manual update of Brizy and Brizy Pro is recommended every few months or twice a year. Before updating Brizy plugins, create a backup so that in the event of a bug, you can immediately restore the website to its original condition. This can reduce the additional work load caused by bug fixes.
