    Hi Kate,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We attempted to use the password recovery option, but unfortunately, the reset link appears to be invalid on our end.

    Could you please generate a temporary password instead and send it to our community support inbox? This will allow us to access the site and take a closer look at the sync issue.

    In the meantime, could you also try checking if the sync works using a different browser? This will help us rule out any browser-related issues.

    Hi Kate,  

    I was able to access your website and test the issue. I was also able to replicate it on my staging site.  

    I’ve asked a team member to look into this, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I have an update.
