Cloud cancelled but next payment showing as scheduled
Hello,
I cancelled my Brizy Cloud subscription with the intention of then buying Brisy Wordpress Agency however the cloud subscription is still showing the next payment still scheduled to come out in 3 weeks.
I have not received any email or auto-generated notice after cancelling my subscription two days ago. Can someone from support or accounts contact me to let me know why it's still showing that the next payment is due to come out in 3 weeks? I want to purchase Brisy Agency but I don't want two subscriptions running at once. This is not a great start to using Brizy.

We have cancelled your Agency Cloud plan and have refunded $69.00 to your payment method. Cancellations are handled by Brizy Support. Kindly contact us for all cancellations.

Thank you for the refund and cancelling the cloud plan. How should one contact support? Or is it done so via this community post page? I could not find a direct email to support on my dashboard or within the cloud interface.
