Incorporate AI search/chatbot within Brizy Support Site
Hi Brizy team,
I’m finding it difficult to get useful results when searching the support forum. While I can view the latest questions by date, I don’t see any way to sort or filter search results by date. So when I search for something specific, I’m often seeing older threads (e.g., 2022) instead of current, relevant answers.
This makes it hard to find solutions that likely already exist, and I end up posting duplicate questions.
It would really help to have:
- The ability to sort/filter search results by most recent
- Better prioritization of up-to-date answers
- (Ideally) an AI-assisted search based on docs and resolved threads
For comparison, SiteGround’s support chatbot does this really well and saves a lot of time.
Would love to see something similar here—or happy to be pointed to it if it already exists.
