    Hello Arvin,

We navigated to your product details page from the search results page. The product template loaded well at our end. We see the design at https://jmp.sh/Nw8zOol7. Is your product template design different to this page? Please also watch my test at https://jmp.sh/5nivraxA.

You said that "When searching for products, the text, images, and other elements of the product template fail to load properly" Can you elaborate what page elements fail to load properly?

    Hello Brizy tech support,

In response to your question, all products use the same design/template.

    1. Font not Poppins (screenshot 1): Fonts are not loading correctly; I used Poppins for this site.
    2. Font not Poppins (screenshot 2): On the HydraFacial product page, fonts and design alignment are incorrect.
    3. Ecommerce product loading issue (video 1): Searching for "prp hair growth" shows fonts not loading as Poppins and elements misaligned.
    4. Video 2: Searching "HydraFacial" shows the same issue; "gluta drip" product appears unpublished.
    5. Video 3: Backend shows "gluta drip" as published (green) in Edge, but Chrome shows an error saying the homepage is not published.
    6. Video 4: Searching "HydraFacial treatment" on Chrome causes fonts and elements to load improperly and shows the homepage unpublished error after refresh.
    7. Video 5: Backend shows HydraFacial treatment as published, but no option to switch draft/publish.
    8. Video 6: Selecting all products as published fixes HydraFacial in backend, but Chrome still shows it unpublished.

This issue occurs on mobile as well.

I switched back to Brizy from Odoo due to excitement about Brizy Shop, but these problems risk losing prospects. Ecwid referred me back to Brizy.

I will share all videos via Dropbox for your reference: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/je4tj968uv419r3vhyp3b/AC0zk9KSuCnErnteMBgFeMI?rlkey=7wx94j8fmcwnwar4c59z6yl5v&st=u7khq9ak&dl=0

I hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.

    Arvin

    Hello Arvin,

You are experiencing the issues 1-3 because of the limitations of the trial plan. The search feature is part of the product filter, which is available in Shop Business and Shop Unlimited plans. In the 14 days trial, the search and filter features do not work. To see how the page will behave when the Shop Business license is added, kidnly checkout https://lunea.brizy.site/shop/search

"Hydrafacial Treatment" and "Gluta Drip" products were set to "Draft" mode in their respective product templates. I have published both product templates and these products should now be visible in the frontend.

    Hi KC,

I am writing to seek clarification regarding the Brizy Cloud Venture plan. Based on our previous correspondence, I am concerned that my website visitors and clients will continue to experience the search and loading issues previously identified (Issues 1, 2, and 3) unless I upgrade to a Business or Unlimited plan.

I am currently using a demo site for an aesthetic clinic and intend to purchase the Venture plan before my trial ends. However, it is unacceptable if basic search functionality and performance are gated behind higher-tier plans, regardless of the niche.

Regarding the 16 products I have published, such as the HydraFacial and Gluta drip, could you confirm if there are any specific errors on your end? My expectation is for the search and filter functions to work perfectly as intended.

Please escalate this matter. I plan to use the Venture plan as my startup tier to create offers for various niches, and I need assurance that these technical errors will be resolved.

I look forward to your feedback.

    Best regards,

    Arvin

    Hello Arvin,

Brizy Shop is a white labelled Ecwid store. As a reseller, we adhere to Ecwid's shop plans. "Product filters" are not part of the "Venture" plan, as you can see at https://www.ecwid.com/pricing.

If you plan to use the Venture plan, you will have to remove the search option.
