Billed after not using Brizy for a couple years..
Hello! I just found out I was billed to renew my subscription today, although I haven't used Brizy in the past couple years. I have already cancelled my subscription. Would it be possible to refund the subscription amount?
I had great experiences using Brizy, but I have moved on from Wordpress and had my website completely overhauled by a web design company so I don't have to deal with it myself.
Please let me know if this is possible...thank you!

As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, "Brizy offers a 30-day refund policy for new monthly or yearly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for:
1. Renewals of existing subscriptions
2. Lifetime licenses
3. Additional purchases, add-ons, or custom services
4. Services not purchased directly through brizy.io"Since yours was a renewal transaction, unfortunaely, it does not qualify for a refund.
