    As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, "Brizy offers a 30-day refund policy for new monthly or yearly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for:

    1. Renewals of existing subscriptions
    2. 
    Lifetime licenses
    3. 
    Additional purchases, add-ons, or custom services
    4. 
    Services not purchased directly through brizy.io"

    Since yours was a renewal transaction, unfortunaely, it does not qualify for a refund.
