Missing and changing order elements
Hi,
Occasionally, about once every 1 to 2 weeks, some of our pages change layout on their own, even though nobody has made any edits.
Certain elements stop displaying, while others shift position for no apparent reason. Then, when I open the page in the builder, everything appears exactly as it should not as it is presented on the frontend. If I make even a minor change, such as editing a single letter, and save the page again, the layout returns to normal and stays that way for the next several weeks. After that, the same issue happens again.
This is unacceptable, and we need to identify the cause and fix it permanently.
Please investigate this and resolve it.

Happens to me too.

I did upload the beta version of the plugin, but still, the page didn't fix itself. Should I fix them individually so they won't break again?

Hello Dream Marketing and Ryan
Have you enabled automatic updates for Brizy and Brizy Pro? If you have, please consider updating the plugins manually once every few months or twice a year. After the update, make sure the front end of the website functions properly.
In case of bigger updates which affects multiple aspcts of the plugin, recompliling the pages is necessary. If a specific page is not displaying in the frontned properly, you will need to make update and save your changes to recompile the page.

I don't have the updates activated. And it keeps happening, ruining my website and my clients' experience. We bought the pro version specially to fix this, and it is super disappointing that this is happening.
Please provide details on how to fix it, as it is super important to fix it ASAP.

We need a single button in TOOLS or selling that we can press that will force a recompile of all pages. Some websites have hundreds of pages and this isn't realistic.

Hello Ryan,
Recompiling pages is required only when we release an update with substantial changes. This was required for Brizy 2.8.0 and Brizy Pro 2.8.0. Smaller updates after 2.8.0 do not require page recompilation.
If you have a broken website with hundreds of pages, please provide us access. We will fix the broken pages.

Yes but it does happen and a button would be useful.

Hi Valeri,
I’ve checked your website, and it appears to be working as expected on my end.

Could you please provide more details about the issue you’re experiencing? If possible, sharing screenshots would be very helpful for us to better understand and investigate further.
Looking forward to your response.

My problem is that the page looks like this in the builder (this is how I want it to look):

And this is how it was outside of it:

The team section just goes below the clients from nowhere, even in the builder, it is not like this.
One remark: if I make a small change and update it, it will be fine for the next week, and then it will happen again, which is what we've been doing for months, but it is ridiculous. It is not the only page where the builder and the page do not match.
Hopefully this is clear, this is list of such pages:

Hello Valeri,
You can prevent blocks from automatically altering its positions on your Brizy page by setting up your global blocks and regular blocks according to the following best practice. The top and bottom of your page must have one or a few global blocks, while the blocks in between must all be regular (non-global). For instance,
- Make both the header and footer global if the header is your first block and the footer is your last block, and the other blocks must all be regular.
- Blocks located above the global header and below the global footer must also be global.
- If you have several global blocks on a page, first few blocks and last few blocks must be global and the blocks in the middle must be regular.
I have implemented the above guidelines on the pages you mentioned above. Please review the preceding pages and confirm whether the mentioned issue will reoccur in the coming weeks.
