Duplicate Account with same email

Hello,

One of our sub users with email rentals@cheryluxurystays.com
has an active website with Brizy https://www.cheryluxurystays.com/

However, the website is not in her dashboard and there's no other email account related to her. We believe she has 2 accounts on the same email, but we can only access the account without the active website project. Probably 2 accounts on the same email.

Is it possible to find in which account https://www.cheryluxurystays.com/  is hosted on? If the account is on the same email, can we delete the empty account and only keep the account with the active project.

  Hello Taylor,

  We have restored the projects that were created by rentals@cheryluxurystays.com to her account. Her dashboard now has 3 projects including https://www.cheryluxurystays.com/

  Looks like her account was deleted, and later a new account was created with the same email address.
