Project running legacy version of Cloud

Hello Support,

My website marytrudeau.ca is giving the error message "The project is running a legacy version of Cloud and cannot be properly processed." However, Brizy.cloud won't open for me to change/update anything.

Please let me know how to migrate my site to the new Brizy Cloud format so the site can be restored. If the migration is already complete, please let me know the location of the migrated project so I can point my custom domain at it.

  Hi Brad,

  Thank you for reaching out.

  I wanted to let you know that legacy sites are no longer accessible. This change was first announced in mid-June, and the migration deadline was later extended to October 15th to allow additional time.

  As that deadline has now passed, the migration tool has been fully withdrawn. As a result, legacy sites can no longer be opened in the editor and are no longer eligible for further edits. At this point, the only available option is to rebuild the website from scratch. I understand this is not ideal, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

  If you’d like, I’d be happy to guide you on the best approach to rebuilding the site or answer any questions you may have.

  Where can I contact someone about the email address in my Brizy Cloud customer account?
