    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please try temporarily disabling any caching or optimization plugins, as well as any CDN services, and then check if the issue persists?

Please give this a try and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

May I PLEASE have an update on this situation? I still have other sites that have been seriously malfunctioning since your last update (don't know if it is Brizy, ecommerce plugin, theme or WordPress that is the issue), but load speeds have serious dropped, sites are performing badly, carts are dumping products. Brizy plays the core role in the JS and CSS of each site so getting your program functional is my primary objective.

This site, KLFEnt.com is a mess, even though I set it back to 2.8.1.

I went ahead and took the liberty to set you up with Admin access on this site, just go to https://klfent.com/wp-admin, and use:

    U: Brizy

    Forgot Password.

And I have so many conversations going with you that I didn't realize that this was not the Chain of Communication for KleanFarmSolutions.com. That site is what I was initially trying to reach out to you about.

I was just informed that EVEN the issue on KleanFarmSolutions.com with the Cart not loading is due to a Brizy asset.

This really stinks, too. A vulnerability?

    Ariel -

I see now that you have KLFEnt.com back up. When working with my hosting company last evening they were pointing out again and again that with each site having trouble, Brizy files were missing from the page view details. I had a screenshot of it ready to upload to you last evening but it did not get sent.

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for your patience.

We’ve fixed the issue on klfent.com, and everything should now be working as expected.

We did notice that pages cannot be edited properly when Hummingbird Pro is active. For now, we recommend temporarily disabling it while editing or updating your pages, then re-enabling it after publishing your changes.

We’ve currently left it disabled so you can test things on your end. Please let us know how it goes.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

    Ariel -

I have been with Brizy now for 6 years (I think) and WPMUDEV for about the same. You both have magnificent platforms BUT I am estimating that I have now heard each of you cast blame towards the other (particularly because of issues caused by your very unique internal CSS) more than 100 times. I have had members of my team beg me to move to Elementor for site construction, but I have stood with Brizy.

I BEG you to either reach out to them to understand your CSS management system or create your own Cache clearing and JS-CSS streamlining program. Even without your major issues every time you launch a major update - this is ridiculous and I am amazed that you are not losing web designers left and right.

On KleanFarmSolutions.com, I had to remove EVERY Brizy-built pop-up in order to stop the problems they were causing in the loading of the WPEasyCart Cart Page. The pop-ups - being blocked by Apple or other devices were completely stopping the Cart Shortcode from loading.

    Ariel -

Here is the screen image I wanted to show you earlier that demonstrated how either some code within the page or the use of Brizy Pop-ups were blocking the Cart page from loading.

On another note, when I was looking for a more robust store - with better coupon features than what we had been using (Simple Cart - which is a GREAT lightweight product, with only a very few shortcomings - and would make a super addition to Brizy), I did review the ecommerce platform you offer, however, your site has too few features explained and at a cost that rivaled those standalone programs that do a better job telling you what you are getting for the money.

Pass it along if you wish, but I think it would have been a much better plan to replicate what Simple Cart does in connecting with Stripe or PayPal's API and simply making these a permanent, low-cost method to add a store to any site.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for the update.

On your end, a required CSS file is not loading (404 error), while on our side, a JavaScript error is being triggered. Could you please back up the Brevo script in the header, then temporarily remove it and check if the console errors disappear?

We also appreciate you sharing your thoughts about the store options and overall experience. I wasn’t aware that Simple Cart works well with Brizy. I understand your preference for a simpler, lightweight solution, and I’ll be sure to pass this feedback along to our team.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I have removed the Brevo code and likely leaving it off. As you may have noticed, I began testing another (lightweight) one called Chaty that seems to work better.

I am also now working with a great little company out of Lithuania called Invoice123.com that produces a marvelous (again lightweight) accounting program. They have developed an API for Woocommerce (I am not a fan of Woo) and may be worth looking at for such a project should you revisit your ecommerce venture.
