Can't Optimize Please Help

I am a brizy pro user using Wordpress I am having trouble.i am unable to optimize my page speed for mobile/desktop any help is well appreciated. I am hostinger for hosting,
kadence theme, currently using light speed cache since hostinger is light speed servers however I have tried multiple plugins (auto optimize, nitro, wp optimize,ETC..) changed themes originally using blocksy with all the same outcome the main issue is no matter what I do I cannot mess with any javascript optimizations without breaking the site. I can only really CSS minify all other setting break the site as well as if I try to use cloud servers like cloud flare or quic cloud I get FOUC- flash of unstyled content menu gets shown when on load  

anyway someone can help me get my mobile/ desktop to an optimal state been trying everything and getting nowhere thanks in advance

  I checked the performance of your website https://bahasoftwash.com/ using GT Metrix. Please see the report at https://gtmetrix.com/reports/bahasoftwash.com/RH4uKq2j/. Even though yours is not the fastest website, it has a reasonably good speed of loading. The Largest Contentful Paint was within a second. Within 2.3 seconds, all resources of the website were fully loaded. Webpages that loads within 1-2.5 seconds are considered fast.

   

  I also checked the visual loading speed of your website from India. Please see my test at https://jmp.sh/2lGMLktO Your homepage loaded within a second at my end. 

  Your website performs better than Google.com on a mobile. Have a look at the comparision below.  I would say, your website's mobile performance is reasonably good.

  Hi KC, Hostinger CDN is already active & its the mobile im more worried about most of my traffic is mobile, I made a few changes as the post was pending for desktop side and it brought it to the 85-92. mobile it still ranges between 50-79. is there anything I can do that can bring it to the 90's ?

  Any website with a Pagespeed Insights score of 70 or above is considered a fast website. For example, Google.com's PSI score ranges from 75-85. If you want to the go extra mile and get a score of 90+ you can consider these paid options
