Hi,

https://servizi.quietmood.it/comfortest-quietmood I changed it https://servizi.quietmood.it/test-comfort-zone with some blocks difference.

Now it came back to the old url and deleted some blocks like. I have saved every change I made. Some other blocks appear opening the page but are not present in the editor...

Can you help? thanks

  One thing i changed was the url and it turned back to the old one (first link active), then other blocks disappeared.

  So the referente Page is comfortest-quietmood

  Hi Emilio,

  Thank you for the clarification.

  Instead of renaming the URL directly, could you please try duplicating the page first, then change the URL of the duplicated page?  Then check if the duplicated page still has the missing blocks.

  I've duplicated it and blocks didn't appear, they seem lost

  Hi Emilio,

  Thank you for the update.

  Could you please let us know exactly which blocks are missing? From what I can see, the only difference on the duplicated page is the global blocks added at the bottom.

  there's no difference, the blocks added are global and so for new page they are automatically added.

  There was a block at the top, black thin block with an headline in white

  an embedded block with a form from paperform 

  button linked to this block, now they are linked to a previous page selected

  Maybe some more stuff but i don't remember, maybe copy is little different

  Could you please show us which page currently contains these elements (the black header strip, Paperform embed, and buttons)? This will help us try to replicate the issue on our end and better understand what might be happening.

  the page was this https://servizi.quietmood.it/comfortest-quietmood  the one i've duplicated. The blocks are lost from this page, if i could know where the blocks are finished I wouldn't write to support....

  Anyway... I wanted to understand the cause of the error, maybe it was changing url without duplicating the page. 

  It's the only thing I can guess 

  I will now modify the the duplicated version and recreate the changes

  if you have further insight about the bug let me know
