New Customer - Horrible Experience
I signed up for your White Label services on 3/21/26 and the link I went through from your Website said I had a 14-day free trial. 1.) After signing up you immediately charged me for $159 which I did not expect until 14 days later. 2.) Your website is completely unresponsive, I've had time out errors, page not responding errors, and when I tried to build my first website using your AI engine it never creates a finished product despite waiting over 20 minutes. I want a refund of my money effectively immediately. My trust in your organization has been destroyed. You don't advertise a free trial and then charge customers immediately. If I'm not refunded I will file a dispute with my credit card provider and reference this support request.

Brizy Cloud does have a Free trial and after signing up, you must follow the steps provided at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026953152-Can-I-use-Brizy-Cloud-for-Free to make use of the 14 day trial period. Not card is required to use the trial plan.
When making a purchase at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud, the plan you choose is activated right away. Pro subscription plans do not come with a 14-day trial period.
We were experiencing some bugs with the AI builder. That is why you could make progress; we apologize for the inconvenience.
As per your request, we have cancelled your White label Cloud plan and have refunded $159.00. This amount is likely get credited into yout account within 7-10 business days.
