Brizy Form Notifications Form {{Firstname*}} variable not working

Dear Support, 

Without any adjustments being made to the form, one of my client's website form submission emails is now not recognising one of the form fields as the attached below.

This has happened in the past and I cannot recall the solution.
Has there been a Brizy update which may have caused this?

  Hi Matt,

  I filled up the form at https://www.theradonconsultants.co.uk/contact-copy with the 3 email addresses you provided above. All three got added to the Brevo list. If you test the form using a different computer, a different browser or using a different internet service provider, would you get the same results? 

  

   

  If you click on each contact I added now, you will see that these were added using the API key with the name "The Radon Consultants".

  

  If you go to the list of API keys, it is the first one at the top.

   

  I made a minor change to the form at https://www.theradonconsultants.co.uk/contact and tested it and I received the following email notification. Can you check if you received the same in your email?

  It seems this workflow is now working again.
  
  Could you please confirm you've logged my request for more extensive data validation options on the forms to prevent bad data from getting through to either the Brizy Leads List or external integrations?
  
  As we've had repeated problems with integrations it would be great to put in a safeguard to prevent this happening again in the future.

  Hi KC George, 

  My historic request which is also relevant to this thread is simply:

  - Provide a regex validation option for ALL form fields.  This one action will cater for all types of validation needed.

  It is currently impossible to get clean data for either internal leads or external integrations from Brizy forms - anyone can type any jibbish in and just hit submit.

  It really is a mission critical implementation if we are going to rely on these forms.

  We do not have a feature request for regex validation yet. Could you kindly add it to our central repository of feature requests at https://brizy.canny.io/ High-demand requests here get into the development life cycle.
