    Hi Mike,

    A 502 (Bad Gateway) error means your server isn’t receiving a valid response from our licensing server.

    Since the activation works on our end, this is likely related to network restrictions on your side.

    If it happens again, please try connecting using a different ISP or switch to a mobile connection (4G/5G) to see if it makes a difference.
