    We received your site credentials however, the user account currently doesn’t have Administrator access, which we’ll need in order to proceed.

    Could you please update the user role to Administrator? You can do this by following these steps:

    1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard
    2. Go to Users → All Users
    3. Find the user account you shared with us and click Edit
    4. Change the Role dropdown to Administrator
    5. Click Update User

    Once that’s done, please let us know so we can continue with the investigation.

    KleanFarmSolutions.com is also broken since updating to 2.8.6/2.8.3. The mobile view on Brizy Templates is a horrid mess and I have now wasted another hour trying to fix both the header and carousels on these pages.

    The problem is restricted to Template Pages on Mobile devices. For instance, go to https://kleanfarmsolutions.com/klean-barn-kit-8-pouch-powder-32oz-liquid/ on a mobile device and compare it to what you see on a desktop. 

    And as I said, I have cleared every Cache multiple time.

    There are 5 blocks in the product templates. The issues are with the: 

    • Header Menu Block
    • The Hero Image Block
    • The Carousel Element

    and only affecting Mobile device views and I have tried both Chrome and Edge multiple times.

    Hi Michael,

    Upon checking, we found that a CSS file was not loading on the front end, and we’ve applied a temporary manual fix for now.

    This appears to be part of an ongoing issue that has already been escalated to our developers.

    I am still getting report after report that this is STILL not working properly. Header is overlaying hamburger menu, buttons not responding, etc.

    I am growing completely disgusted with this. Every site I have running post content through Brizy Templates is a f*ing mess and has been for days. What a shitshow.

    If there is ANY temporary repair you can make to https://freshtent.com in the meantime, I would be thankful. 

    When you leave the homepage, as if to Shop (https://freshtent.com/shop-all-products/) on a MOBILE device, the CSS is completely blocking Brizy from running. 

    I have set up a User for you already, where you can change the password.

    Hi Michael,

    It appears the issue is coming from Hummingbird Pro’s Asset Optimization. Disabling the “Generate Critical CSS” option has resolved it on our end.
