Fluent forms not working

Hi Brizy, I've had issues with fluentforms no longer working on my website. I reached out to them and they looked into it and responded with this:

We've identified the root cause — the Brizy page builder plugin is conflicting with Fluent Forms. Specifically, Brizy is outputting a malformed jQuery UI resource URL, which breaks the JavaScript functionality that your homepage contact form relies on for submission. When we deactivated Brizy during testing, the form worked perfectly.

Since Brizy is actively being used on your site, we've reactivated it to avoid any layout disruption. We'd recommend reaching out to the Brizy support team and reporting this broken resource URL issue, as the conflict originates from their end."

I currently have a contact form on the home page not working at all. Please fix this.

  Hello Sally,

  I removed the shortcode and added it again and tested the Fluent form on the homepage. The form was successfully submitted and my test data was added to the "Entries". Please test at your end again.
