Are you running Blocksy by chance? I had this happen today in my header. But when I opened the header in Blocksy it resolved.
It's a little like the random "breaking" that happens with Brizy Pro Builder sometimes. Go into one page, add a space somewhere, save, and it suddenly is all better again.

Unfortunately, the temporary fix didn’t work as expected on your website due to the large number of submenus involved. To prevent further issues, we’ve rolled things back to a previous version that doesn’t have this problem.
For now, we recommend keeping this version until we’re able to provide a more permanent solution. We apologize for the delay in resolving this and appreciate your understanding.

About the Brizy version, you can use the Download Plugin by Metagauss. This will allow you to download the currently working versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro from your site, which you can then install on your other sites if needed.

As for the ETA, I completely understand how important this is for your client. At the moment, we don’t have a confirmed timeline to share, but we’ve followed this up with our developers.

Thank you. Does your development team understand this has been going on for weeks? Is this being escalated? This is really unacceptable. I'm happy to get on the phone with someone if needed. I understand you have a full list of priorities, but this doesn't seem to be getting any traction from where I sit. I can understand maybe a week or so, but we are probably approaching a month, and not an inch of progress has been made?

To add to this, Brizy > 2.8 has multiple vulnerabilities (CSFR, access control, etc), so you're putting me and others in a bad spot, even legally.
