    Hello there,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have access to "File Manager" in your hosting control panel, kindly download the CSS file from https://jmp.sh/XSTZzOUo and upload to the following folder.

    /wp-content/plugins/brizy/public/editor-build/prod/editor/css

    Download the two CSS files from https://jmp.sh/ufDJvmM6 and upload it to the following folder and check if the issue gets resolved.

    /wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro/public/editor-build/prod/css/

    If you need help with uploading the file, please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io 

    Your email should include a link to this thread's URL, otherwise we will be unable to reference your support ticket. Sending a password reset link is insufficient. Please notify us in this thread when you send us the email.

    This is regarding the broken site issue you reported.

    We’ve recently released Brizy v2.8.5 and Brizy Pro v2.8.2. If you haven’t had a chance to update yet, please do so and let us know if the issue still persists.
