Are upgrade prices not displaying correctly?

Hi,

I wanted to upgrade my license. However, I’m seeing extremely high prices.

See here:

Freelancer WordPress
$5,695.00 for the first year, then $9,900.00 for each year

Agency WordPress
$15,695.00 for the first year, then $19,900.00 for each year

White Label WordPress
$25,695.00 for the first year, then $29,900.00 for each year

That’s a mistake, right?!

Another question: Is it possible to purchase a lifetime license? If so, how much does the Freelancer version cost?

  Hello Kolja,

  Your personal WordPress plan is a legacy plan and is no longer available for purchase. Only presently offered plans at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-wordpress are eligible for upgrade prices and legacy plans are not.

  We do not sell lifetime licenses anymore. The only option is to go for either annual or monthly recurring plans. If you are looking to increase the number of licenses, the Freelancer plan listed at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-wordpress may be your best option. Once you purchase this plan. you can cancel the Personal WP plan.

  I just renewed my license. I can’t just throw the renewed license away. Or will you refund the difference between the old license and a larger Freelancer license if I cancel the old one and purchase the larger one instead?

  Hello Kolja,

  If you cancel your Personal WordPress plan, you will not be entitled for a refund, as refund is only available within the first month of a purchase. It would have been beneficial for you if we had the above conversation on February 20, 2026, right before your Personal WordPress plan was renewed. It is unfortunate that we are having this conversation on March 17, 2026, after your plan has already been renewed.

  To be honest, I don't think it's my fault, since the upgrade option is displayed on the website. I think it's a bit of a shame that my license is too old and that I, as someone who chose Brizy early on, am now being “punished” for it.
