  Hi Joe,

  Thank you for reaching out.

  To help narrow down the cause of the issue, could you please try temporarily disabling all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro and then check if you’re able to upload the image?

  If the issue persists, please also try uploading the image directly through Dashboard > Media > Add New and see if it works there.
