    I see an active monthly subscription to Personal Cloud plan in your account, which is not cancelled. Should we go ahead and cancel this plan and issue a refund of $19?

    We have cancelled your Personal Cloud monthly subscription and have refunded $19 to your payment method. This transaction should reflect in your cars statement within 7-10 business days.
