Hello Brizy Support Team,
I recently purchased the Pro plan by mistake. The payment has already been deducted from my account, but I cancelled the plan shortly afterwards.
Since this purchase was unintentional and the subscription has already been cancelled, I would kindly like to request a refund of the charged amount.
I would really appreciate your help with this.

I see an active monthly subscription to Personal Cloud plan in your account, which is not cancelled. Should we go ahead and cancel this plan and issue a refund of $19?
