Help to change my account main email

Hi there,

I need to update my account´s login email. I tried but its not working.

I add my new email, save, log out, but when i try to log in back into my account, the new email is not being saved, it keeps the old one. 

For privacy and security reasons i cannot write here the email accounts, old and new one.

Please help to fix this as private ticket.
