Unable to publish site

Hi there,

please keep this ticket private.

I am trying to publish my site as "maintenance", DNS is configured all OK and showing green.

But two things are happening:

- The admin area, when i try to add anything, a block, a layout, etc.. it just buffers for ages, super slow, and then i get error message pop up. 

- I am checking the "live" site to see what appears, and there´s nothing. The URL shows a weird slug "token xxxxxxxxxxxxx".

 

Can you kindly urgently check whats happening?
