Revised site keeps showing unpublished error
I recently duplicated a site, revised it, and published the new site. The new one keeps not loading properly and I get error messages saying that it's in draft mode. I first thought this was a DNS caching error since the site would always work in incognito, but today that's not working either. Adding /home to the end of the domain works, but not the domain itself. I am temporarily redirecting the pages to that one so that people see the site, but I need you to help fix this.
This is what AI suggested is the problem and what I should say:
Our homepage intermittently shows “Currently the homepage is not published” at the root domain, but the page works at /home. The homepage is published and assigned correctly. This suggests the CDN edge cache has cached the placeholder page. Please purge the cache for the root URL.
I also tested the root at downforeveryoneorjustme and it's down :/. Please can someone help ASAP?
Thank you!

I had to remove the redirects since it was causing further issues :/

I tested
https://fractionalsunited.com/?test=1and/?test=2in both regular and incognito browsers, and they still showed the “Currently, the homepage is not published” error. Other pages such as/joinhave worked. This appears to be a homepage/root deployment or CDN cache issue, not just a local browser cache issue.0 -
Hello Karina,
https://www.fractionalsunited.com/ is working fine at my end. I see this design

If you continue to see the error, kindly reload the page by selecting the "Reload" icon in your browswer

Hi George,
I see that sometimes too, but intermittently I get the below. This is even in incognito currently...and it's worst on my phone.

It's been unstable since I published it two days ago. At first I thought it was normal DNS issues, but this evening someone told me it was down and for once, it didn't show up in incognito, which it did earlier. So AI, who I troubleshooted with, is suggesting is a CDN cache that needs to be purged....

Also, www seems to be working incognito but the root domain is not.

Hello Karina,
We have cleared cache on our end. Kindly check if you see the website consistently on different browsers and normal and incognito modes.
