Refund Request for Brizy Subscription
Hello Brizy Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to request a refund for my Brizy subscription. After purchasing the service, I realized that I am not currently using it. The platform appears to be a powerful tool, but I personally found it difficult for my workflow and decided to move in a different direction for my website needs.
Since the service is no longer being used, I would appreciate your consideration in processing a refund if possible.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from my account in order to review this request.

As per our Terms and Conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-condition, refunds are not available for renewals of existing subscriptions.

Since you purchased the Personal WordPress plan on March 8, 2025, your renewal transaction is not eligible for a refund. Now that you have canceled your subscription, there will be no more more charges associated with this subscription.
