    Thank you for contacting us.

    I’ve set up a test page (_test) and configured the form using my email address. The form appears to be working as expected, as demonstrated in this screencast: https://streamable.com/ymfu64

    If your client is using Office 365, the most common reason emails are not received is related to email authentication. The sending server’s domain needs to have the proper DNS records configured. The primary requirement is an SPF record that authorizes your web server’s IP to send emails. DKIM and DMARC can also provide additional protection if implemented.

    This is similar to cases where Gmail is used as the receiving address in the contact form, where proper authentication records are also required.
