Editor is not working for my Team Member with designer role

Hi, my clienty called me this morning saying that he can only access his home page in the editor and the CMS hamburger on the top left does not work for him.

He can still navigate to different pages from the main menu but his CMS side panel doesn't work at all. Mine still works fine though.

Please fix this

  Hello John,

  I checked your client's view of the https://www.olivegrovecs.org/ project in the editor. The CMS icon is visible on the left sidebar and pages other than homepage are available. You can see my test at https://jmp.sh/iuEBM6D1. Kindly request your client to sign into Brizy Cloud dashboard using a different browser and check if it makes a difference.
