Pop Up Visual Errors on Brizy Cloud

Hi

I attempted to use my Brizy Cloud to create a pop up for a Brilliant Directories website. The pop up had visual misalignment errors across multiple browsers. I then attempted to create another pop up using just the template with no changes and it still produced errors.

I contacted Brilliant Directories support about it and they said to contact you. They also said to show you this example page from Brilliant Directories where the Brizy Cloud pop up suffers from misalignment.

  Hi Dashen,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  This is a known issue on our end, and our developers are already working on a fix. It is scheduled to be resolved in an upcoming update.

  In the meantime, please temporarily remove the popup script until we’ve fully resolved the issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

  No change i'm afraid. Attached are two screenshots, one a full page screenshot from where i'm logged in and a second partial from an incognito window where i wasnt logged in. Both had the same visual error. Checking the browser console there were no warnings.
