My Brizy cloud account is not active

Hello Team, Can you check my account even after we have purchased the cloud version it is still showing the basic version. Every where it is showing the pro elements. Please resolve this issue ASAP. Its almost 1 week. All my previously build webpages are now showing as pro elements unable to edit those.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  For clarification, Brizy Cloud currently operates with two dashboard versions:

  Dashboard Version 1 includes unlimited PRO features from the AppSumo Deal 2019.
  Dashboard Version 2 supports plans with a fixed number of PRO licenses and does not include unlimited features.

  When you redeemed the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan, your account was automatically moved to Dashboard Version 2.

  

  If you wish to keep the unlimited PRO features from the 2019 AppSumo deal, the 2024 plan would need to be transferred to a new Brizy Cloud account. You can create a new account at https://www.brizy.io/account/signup. Once done, please let us know the email address used for registration, and we will arrange the transfer for you.
