Hello everyone,

for my domain https://www.pascalvoggenhuber.ch it is shown that the site is not secure. The SSL certificate has probably expired.

Or what is the problem here?

The domain is linked to a website from you and worked without any issues for a few weeks. Suddenly it doesn’t anymore. Thanks for the help.

  Hello Pascal,

  For the domain to resolve to your Brizy Cloud project, it must point exclusively to the Brizy Cloud server and no other external servers. A DNS lookup of your domain shows that your domain points to an external server with the IP 2a02:6201:c296:f800::f8d7:1 as well as to the Brizy Cloud server with the IP 34.237.47.210.

  

   Kindly sign into your domain control panel and delete the AAAA record with the IP 2a02:6201:c296:f800::f8d7:1 and get back to us. We will then help you with the SSL certificate.
