Contact Form Options Not Loading

The "loading" circle appears and just spins. Unable to click on Email, Apps, or reCAPTCHA tabs to set it up. Please help.

Kindly disable all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to check if one of them might be causing a conflict.

If it still doesn’t resolve the problem, please provide us with temporary access to your WordPress Admin so we can investigate further. Kindly add us as an Administrator user and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

Thank you for the update.

We noticed a 403 error in the console. A 403 error usually means the request is being blocked by the server for security reasons.

In most cases, this is caused by a server firewall such as ModSecurity. We recommend temporarily disabling it and testing again. If you don’t have access to ModSecurity in your hosting console, please reach out to your hosting provider so they can disable it for you. If disabling it is not possible, please share this support link with them so they can update the SecRequestBodyLimit and SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimit values:
