Domain & project connection lost

Hello, 

we have project www.Registromat.cz on Brizy, but now we found out that the homepage is not working. 

Looking into our admin we see that this domain which war previously connected to www.registromat.cz has somehow disappreared and shows only: https://apricot20298097.brizy.site/

And wants us to upgrade on pop up "How to Publish Your Page?" eventhoug we had the domain already connected. This is quiete trust problem for us as we are affraid that the same will happen to our other projects under Brizy. 

Please have a look above described project. For our other project www.EduRun.cz is the domain working as it was for www.Registromat.cz

  Hello Michal,

  The Freelancer Cloud plan you have purchased gives you access to 20 PRO licesnses and you can add custom domains to 20 websites. You have used all 20 Pro licenses. Here is the breakup of Pro license usage in your workspaces     

  1. ABSOLVENTI workspace has 19 projects with custom domains
  2. #ČESKObudoucnosti workspace has 1 project with custom domain. 

  If you delete the custom domain added to any of the above 20 projects, you can reuse the Pro license for the https://apricot20298097.brizy.site/ project. You will also need to set the appropriate A Reocrd and CNAME records.

  Hello George, 

  I decided for Brizy and selected model where you advertised unlimited domains connected for 99 USD (or something similar) as far as I remember at the beginning of my journey with Brizy. Do you want to tell me now, that you changed your plan pricing and even without letting me know you just decided to shood down one of my running projects.. that I send in the same time link to my 5500 clients.. This is unacceptable and hits your Brizy reputation!!!
  
  Please tell me it is a joke from your side and please give me back what your advertised and why I selected Brizy.io. 
  
  Hope I get a possitive answer as I recommended your system to other my friends. I do not want to look like a fool that I was mislead.. 
  
  Thank you for your answer. I would even appretiate if someone from management would call me with some explanation how this can happen.

  Hello Michal,

  Kindly sign in to your Brizy accout at https://www.brizy.io/account/login and navigate to the "Billing" option under the "Account" menu. You will see that you have the Freelancer Cloud plan from December 19, 2022. 

  

  We have had a plan with unlimited domains connected for 99 USD. This was called the Brizy Pro Studio plan. If you believe you have purchased the Brizy Pro Studio plan, kindly look for a purchase confirmation in your Inbox from help@paddle.com which looks like the screenshot below. Kindly search for any text in the attached image to locate the email. 

  

   

  If you can find the purchase confirmation email, please let us know in which email address you received it.

  In my account I can see this: 
  
  I do not think I have email from 2022, but I am sure I had my account unlimited as part of your promo for early users etc. 
  
  Now the same issue happened to me with my domain on project: https://www.talentunie.cz/?system_page_access_token=b486dd7d2e6a4313e0e0680b1bf08fd1
  
  Can you please review my case again and let me know?
