Why do I keep getting urged to purchase a pro account "to use this header", for example? I thought I purchased a lifetime pro license in 2021.

  Hello Tim,

  You had purchased the Brizy PRO Lifetime plan on April 14, 2021 and these were the plan details.

  

   

  This plan had given you complimentary access to Brizy Cloud for 2 years until April 14, 2023. Durng this period, you had access to PRO features in the Brizy builder and could publish your websites using custom domains. At the moment, you do not have PRO access to Brizy Cloud. 

  You said that you keep getting urged to purchase a pro account. Do you see this prompt in Brizy Cloud or Brizy WordPress? If you are seeing this in Brizy Cloud, its because you have lost access to PRO features. If you are seeing this in Brizy WordPress, the issue is something that we would like to investigate.

  This is happening in Brizy Cloud. So what you are saying is the Brizy PRO "lifetime" plan is only "partially-lifetime". The only thing I see expiring in the ad is unlimited hosting for two years, nothing else. Oh well, I guess I snoozed and I "losed". I struggle with designing, which is why my momentum ebbs and flows. It is still a very good product. Thanks for your quick response.

  The Brizy PRO lifetime plan gives you access to these privileges

  • Brizy Pro licenses for lifetime. You can generate unlimited Brizy Pro licenses and build unlimited webites using Brizy WordPress and it is available for the lifetime of the product.
  • 2 years Pro access to Brizy Cloud: Complimentary access to Brizy Cloud Pro for 2 years which is not currenly avalable in your account.

  What you are missing is the complimentary Pro access to Brizy Cloud while you have lifetime access to Brizy Pro
