    Hi Milton,

    I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble importing the layout, especially after trying for several days.

    Could you please upload the layout file to Google Drive and share the download link with us so we can replicate the issue on our end? 

    In the meantime, please try temporarily disabling all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro, then try to import the layout again. This will help us determine whether the issue is caused by a plugin conflict.

    Also, please make sure your website is running on PHP 8.0 or higher. You can check this in your WordPress dashboard by going to Tools → Site Health → Info → Server, and look for the PHP version listed there.
