Critical Issue: Cloud Popups lost styling and triggers on WordPress sites

Hi Team,

I’m reaching out because we are experiencing a recurring issue with your cloud popups across all the WordPress sites we manage, like: http://hoteltoledo.it/

The popups, which were previously working correctly, have suddenly stopped functioning as intended. Specifically:

• Loss of Styling: The popups appear as unstyled content (plain text/HTML) at the very bottom of the page.

• Trigger Failure: The set triggers are no longer working; the content simply loads statically at the end of the site.

This issue is happening consistently across multiple installations. Could you please advise on how to resolve this? Is there a known conflict or a specific setting we should check in the cloud dashboard?
