    Thanks for reaching out.

    We’ve seen this happen on sites running Wordfence or similar security plugins. In many cases, disabling the firewall temporarily or switching it to Learning Mode fixes the issue. You can check this guide for reference:

    If that’s not the case, could you please try disabling all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro and see if the issue still occurs? It would also help to temporarily switch to a default theme to rule out any theme conflicts.

    If the issue continues, we’ll need to check it directly from your WP Admin. Please create a temporary Admin user and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io using the format below:

    Hi Ariel,

    I wanted to update you that the issue is now resolved. It was indeed a conflict with the security plugins (Solid Security/Wordfence) as you suggested.

    I would like to apologize for the harsh tone of my previous email. As I mentioned, I am currently in the middle of a very high-stakes campaign for the David di Donatello 2026 awards, and having my professional hub down was extremely stressful. My frustration came from the fact that this wasn't the first time I faced stability issues during crucial work moments.

    However, your feedback was spot on and allowed me to fix it quickly once I identified the specific blocker.
