Do I have a Pro plan or not?

Two issue keep coming up while I am altering my website.

1. I cannot remove a 'pop up' asking people to subscribe to my newsletter because it says I need the pro plan to have pop ups, yet there is a pop up and I cannot remove it. 

2. I'm wanting to add a page to my website and most of the features appear to be locked because it says I need the pro plan.

I pay a premium monthly; am I paying for something other than the pro plan?

  We apologize for the inconvenience. We have fixed the above issue. Please check if you have access to Pro features now.

  You are currently subscribed to the "Personal Cloud" plan and it gives you access to single PRO license. You can publish a single website using custom domain using the plan.
