We do not have any security plugin installed and we use Rocket.net with Cloudflare Enterprise. See error logo below.

    I sent you a temporary Admin login to communitysupport@brizy.io.

    Please do not touch or change anything on the server, as we're currently preparing it as a server template, for future servers. 

    One of the last issues we need to resolve is the failed cron schedule for the Brizy Cloud Synch, that you see clutter our debug report.

    I look forward to hearing from you and having this issue resolved.

    We haven’t received the site credentials yet. Instead, could you please set up a fresh WordPress installation on the same server, either in a subdirectory (e.g., domain.com/test) or on a subdomain (e.g., test.domain.com)?

    Once it’s ready, kindly share the login details with us. We’ll install Brizy and Brizy Pro there to test and isolate the issue in a clean environment. This approach ensures we won’t interfere with your current website setup.

    Thanks, but this is too much for support like this. I don't have the option to start setting up new servers, for an issue like this. 

    Instead, I have disabled the synch between the Brizy Plugin and Cloud, and now the error has stopped. And yes, that means, we can't synch between the Brizy plugin, and Cloud. 

    I have to ask, why is this issue not resolved when I see it being an issue raised years ago, but also back then there was no quick fix of solution?

    Thank you for the update, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Could you please confirm your website URL? We received a link about 6 days ago, but since several credentials come into our community support inbox without following our format (and this one landed in spam) we are not completely sure it belongs to you. Once confirmed, we can properly investigate.

    In the meantime, this issue occurs when the server does not register/execute the 5-minute cron interval. This can occur if WP-Cron is disabled, loopback requests are blocked, or there are firewall/server restrictions.

    To verify, please temporarily enable sync and install the WP Crontrol plugin. Check if the event exists, as shown in the screenshot.

    If the schedule is missing, it confirms that the cron interval is not being registered properly, and you’ll need to contact your hosting provider to check the server configuration.

    If you're trying to sync a layout, as a workaround you can save the page as a layout file, download it, and then manually upload it to your site instead of using Sync.
