Help - unexpected behavior.
Hello,
Over the past couple of days, I’ve noticed unexpected behavior on the platform. Updates are not consistently reflected on the live site. I publish changes, but when I return later, the previous version is still showing.
I’ve been using your platform for years and have never experienced this before, which makes me believe something may be wrong. Repeatedly redoing designs and republishing is becoming frustrating, and I’d really appreciate clarification on what’s going on and whether there are any current issues affecting updates.
This is happing on the last site I've created, have not worked on the rest for a long time.
Thank you for your help.

Hello there,
Could you make a screen recoding that shows the changes you made and how the live page appears later so we can look into the reason for this strange behavior? Please provide us with the URL of your live site if the problem occurs often and is easily reproducible. We'll attempt to replicate the problem in your project. Please specify the steps if there are any that we need to follow in order to observe the above problem.

The issue is resolved, and I appreciate your help, KC. I have another question: will this ticket be made public? I noticed the URL includes "community/posts," so if it is public, please remove it and inform me of the best way to contact the support directly. Thanks

Thank you, KC, for the information. However, it would have been helpful if the user had been informed that the post would be made public to avoid revealing sensitive information, like having a notification when clicking the attached button.
I will contact you directly via email in the future, again thank you for your support.
Good Day.
