Mobile problems
I'm having so much problems with mobile view om https://blivjournalist.nu via Brizy Cloud.
The page looks good in Chrome on desktop, but on mobile it's impossible to play the youtube video in the top. It just shows a red dot and nothing to push on. Tried multiple things - nothing works!
Secondly: The email sign-up-form in the bottom works on desktop and in Safari on iPhone - but doesn't show up in Chrome for iPhone.
Thirdly: I have two buttons for interactions hosted by contact button and Taku (scripts). They both shows up on desktop. Contact button shows up in safari for iPhone and neither shows up in Chrome on iPhone.
What is wrong and how do we fix this? This is costing me so much money and headache!

Hi Andreas,
Thank you for contacting us.
I’ve had a colleague look into this issue.
So far, I’ve been able to replicate the video element issue on mobile. However, on my test site, the form appears to be working correctly - https://test001b.brizy.site/
I’ll get back to you as soon as I have an update.
Kind regards,

Hi Ariel
Thanks. Please notice that the form and scripts does not appear in all mobile browsers.
Right now it looks like this:
Desktop - everything seems to work
Safari on iPhone - youtube video doesn't work and taku script doesn't work.
Chrome on iPhone - neither youtube video, taku script or contact button script works currently

Hi Andreas,
Thank you for the update.
I’ve already escalated the video element issue to our developers so they can further investigate it.
As for the custom scripts, they appear to be working on my end, as shown in this screencast: https://streamable.com/7trcfr
Could you please try testing this on another device and let me know if you’re able to reproduce the issue? If it still doesn’t work, could you also let me know which iOS version you’re using?
Looking forward to your update.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel
It looks like both scripts now works in chrome (?!) - but neither of them (contact button and Taku) are shown in Safari now (haven't changed settings or anything else). This is very strange.
I'm on an iPhone 15 Pro Max with iOS 26.3 and latest update of Safari.
Best,

Hi Andreas,
Thank you for the update.
I’ve tested the site on two devices running iOS 26 with the latest version of Safari, and I wasn’t able to replicate the issue. Since the scripts are working in Chrome on your device but not in Safari, this suggests something Safari-specific, such as caching or content blocking.
Could you please try clearing Safari’s cache (https://support.apple.com/en-us/105082) and then test again in a Private tab to see if that makes a difference?
Please let me know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Ariel H.0
