Clarification request regarding historical subscription benefits (June 2021)
Hello Brizy Support Team,
I’m writing regarding my Brizy subscription, which started on June 21st, 2021.
At the time of purchase, my subscription (Brizy PRO Personal Subscription) included the possibility to publish an unlimited number of websites with custom domains on Brizy Cloud. This was one of the key elements of the offer available at that moment.
After renewing my subscription, I now see that my account is limited to a small number of published sites. I would like to understand:
-
Which exact plan and benefits were associated with my subscription starting on June 21st, 2021, particularly regarding the number of custom domains / published websites.
-
When and how those historical benefits were modified, and under which contractual or commercial conditions.
-
Whether my account is considered a grandfathered plan, or if there is a way to restore or migrate my historical benefits to an equivalent current plan.
I’m not disputing that Brizy’s pricing structure may have evolved over time; I simply want to clarify what my original subscription entitled me to, and how this relates to the current limitations applied to my account.
Thank you in advance for your help and clarification.
Best regards,
Marc Lallemand

Hello Marc,
Kindly see the attached screenshot for the benefits of the Brizy PRO Personal plan you had purchased on June 21, 2021. This plan gave you 3 Brizy PRO licenses for WordPress and 3 PRO licenses for Brizy Cloud. You can publish 3 Brizy Cloud projects using custom domains and unlimited websites using brizy.site subdomain.

You also have access to PRO elements in the Brizy Cloud dashboard for unlimited projects (but not unlimited number of websites with custom domains) The original benefits of your plan were not modified. While recent plans have different benefits, your plan is gradfathered in and no limitations were applied to you account.
