White bar at top of screen

Ive used a prebuilt template, changed the logo at the top and now the margins dont appear correct and cannot be changed ... There is a white bar at the top of the page that im unable to remove, but need to.

Please advise how to remove this top white bar and make everything look good with the new logo

  I have reduced the size of the logo to get rid of the white space at the top of the page.
