Request to Change Account Email
Hello Brizy Support Team,
I am writing to request help with changing my account email.
My current account email is: rekomaher@yahoo.com
I want to change it to: rekomaher@gmail.com
However, I couldn’t complete the change because the email rekomaher@gmail.com is already registered on your website as a separate account.
What I want to do is:

Remove the email rekomaher@gmail.com from the existing account on Brizy.

Change my main account email from rekomaher@yahoo.com to rekomaher@gmail.com.
I tried to do this myself but faced technical issues and couldn’t proceed.
Please let me know how this can be resolved or if you need any verification from my side.

We have changed your account email address to rekomaher@gmail.com. This email address was not registered with us. Kindly sign in to your Brizy account using this email and your current account password at https://www.brizy.io/account/login

I apologize for the mistake in my previous message.
The correct email address I want to change to is:
rekomaherx@gmail.com
not rekomaher@gmail.com
Please update it accordingly.

We can change your account email from rekomaher@gmail.com to rekomaherx@gmail.com once we delete your account linked to rekomaherx@gmail.com. Are you okay with us deleting the rekomaherx@gmail.com account?
