Brizy not updating

Hi Brizy, I installed a new Brizy Pro on a new WP site, I try active the license:
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
But when I click activate nothing happens, then when I try to go to page and Edit With Brizy it just stays circling around and does not go to the page, please help.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please confirm if you can replicate the issue with all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro disabled? Also, try using another theme and see if this makes any difference?
