URGENT PLS : Affiliate commissions transfer to new Awin account

Hello Brizy Team,

I'm not the only one who asked this to the finance@brizy.io team (my details accounts were sent to this team). Hoping using this forum will speedup the help, thanks !

So.... I recently joined the Brizy affiliate program via Awin with a new publisher account

I previously accumulated cashback in affiliate commissions linked to the earlier setup. Could you please let me know the best way to retain and use these commissions, or if they can be transferred or reassigned to my new Awin account?

Also, could you please confirm whether these commissions remain valid even if the minimum payout threshold (e.g. $200) has not yet been reached?

Since you’ve already reached out to our Finance team and shared your account details with them, the best next step on our end is to follow up directly with Finance about your request. At this point, we’re unable to intervene or speed things up from here, as these matters are handled exclusively by Finance.
